Volker Keidtel

Mr Keidtel is partner of DCF Deutsche Corporate Finance GmbH. From 1999 to 2004 Mr Keidtel was president of the Merck Consumer Health Care, Managing Director of the Merck Consumer Health Care Holding GmbH and member of the Pharma Management Boards. Prior to this Mr. Keidtel headed the Lichtwer Pharma AG in Berlin.
From 1973 to 1995 Mr Keidtel had a number of Top Management positions for the Hoechst AG in Frankfurt (Germany). The last position held was Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Before that he was president of Nippon Hoechst in Tokyo for over eight years and from 1981 to 1987 he headed the Hoechst subsidiary in Teheran (Iran). Mr Keidtel studied pharmacy and pharmacology and is a professional pharmacist.
