Christian J. Klugstedt is co-founder and MD of DCF Deutsche Corporate Finance GmbH. Mr Klugstedt has been active as an entrepreneur, an investor and a management consultant since 2001. Before that time he served as CFO of an industrial packaging producer and prior to that he headed the corporate development / treasury department in a pharmaceutical company in Berlin. From 1996 to 1998 Mr Klugtedt worked in the international M & A business for a medium-sized company group, also as MD in the US. Mr Klugstedt started his professional career in the investment banking industry in 1993 at Merrill Lynch in Chicago among others.

Mr Klugstedt studied Business Administration, majoring in Finance in Muenster (Germany) and Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from DePaul University.
